Discord Rules

• Do not DM or tag staff. Use the ticket system and be patient.
• Be friendly and respectful to everyone.
• Respect admins and members.
• Harassment, abuse, or hate speech is strictly forbidden.
• No advertisements, NSFW, scam or phishing links.
• Use the appropriate channels when asking for help.
• Follow Discord Community Guidelines.
• No spam or harassment.
• Contact staff via tickets only.
• Staff may moderate any unfitting behavior.
• Use a recognizable name.
• No sexual, racist, violent or disturbing content.
• The Media channel is for memories, not feuds or combat montages.

Lore

Although set in 1902 and inspired by America, EpicRP’s lore is not tied to real American history. References to real historical events such as slavery, the Civil War, or the American Revolution are strictly forbidden in roleplay or character backstories.

General Requirements

• Staff has full authority to remove unfit members.
• No RP as minors or pregnant characters.
• 18+ only.
• Mental maturity is required.
• A working microphone is mandatory.
• Consent-based actions must be handled via /ooc.
• Character and CFX names must be realistic.

Exploiting

• Any exploit results in a permanent ban.
• Using known bugs for advantage is forbidden.
• No item, money or starter cash abuse.
• No NUI tools or modding.
• No abuse of game mechanics.

FailRP & NERP

• Unrealistic or immersion-breaking behavior is forbidden.
• Do not break character during scenarios.
• RP your injuries properly.
• /status must be used only for RP purposes.

Criminal Activities

• Robberies must include intent and interaction.
• Max 5 items per robbery.
• Robbery participant limit: 5 players.
• Each robbery has a 24h cooldown.
• No loophole abuse.
